TIP - It's a good idea to do a complete mock assembly before
painting your glovebox. Carefully measure, make all of your
cuts, and drill all of your holes. Then do a complete dry-fit
of all components including motherboard, drives, RAM etc., to
make sure everything fits perfectly. Bolt everything into place,
mount it in your car. Check for clearance, appearance and fit.
Only then should you disassemble the whole structure for paint.
TIP - The complete Car Power Package is the solution you've
been looking for, and it's avaiable now from Audioforge. Email
me for more details.

Glovebox
Part 2
After a couple
hours of taping (and a few episodes of "American Chopper!")
the paint was done. Here you can begin to see where the pc
will live. The chassis is sitting in place, but is not bolted
in yet.
